Directions

The talk and Q&A portion of the evening will be held in OWS (Owens Science Hall) in the 3M Auditorium, room 150. Afterward, the observatory tour and observing will take place in the nearby UST Observatory. You can find more information on parking and driving directions here:

The UST Observatory is located on the very top floor of the Anderson Parking Facility. To reach the parking facility, turn into South Campus onto Grand, off of Cretin Ave. The Anderson Parking Facility is the first building on the left. The Observatory is on the fourth floor. Be sure to take care if parking in the facility that in order to reduce interference with observing, the lights on the fourth floor of the parking ramp are turned off during outreach events.

Accessibility

Both the 3M Auditorium in OWS and the Anderson Parking Facility are wheelchair-accessible, as is the observatory. The entrance to the observatory can be accessed by a wheelchair ramp which leads directly into the observatory control room.
